Definitely try this place if you have not yet. It’s a mom and pop with a modern approach, the food does not lack, it is incredible. Chicken shawarma plate is my favorite!
Update: added a photo of the meal- they are so sweet and really care about the food they make! You get so much for a reasonable price.

Phenomenal food and fantastic portions served with love.
Wow! What an amazing hole-in-the-wall find for excellent Mediterranean food. So good I came back two nights in a row.
I stumbled on this restaurant because of it's amazing reviews on Google Maps - don't let the 34 reviews and new-ish status of this restaurant fool you - it is the TRUTH.
My recommendation: Beef kofta kebab plate with fries and Greek salad.
First - the food.
My first night here, I got the chicken and beef shawarma combo plate. The entire drive home, the delicious, smoky smell of the chicken shawarma filled my car. The taste was even better. The chicken was tender, smoky, savory, and juicy. The steak provided a nice robust flavor as a counterbalance to the light chicken - also cooked to perfection. Everything is cooked fresh to order and the freshness shows in both flavor and texture.
The next night I went back (yes, it was THAT good) and I got the beef kofta kebab plate with fries and a Greek salad. Man, that meal really took it up a notch. The kofta kebab was out of this world. The beef was rich and melt-in-your-mouth buttery, just perfectly textured. The meat seasoned wonderfully with aromatic and fragrant spices. I love kofta kebabs and order them often and these may just be the best ones I've ever had. The fries also were so, so delicious. The seasoning on them took them from normal fries to over the top. I could eat this all day!
Of course, this review would be incomplete without talking about the sauces. From the earthy, creamy, fresh hummus to the unbelievable tangy garlic sauce, I found myself using the pita to scrape out every last bit of these sauces.
The portions were fantastic and my bowl was loaded to the brim with meat - I ended up getting two huge meals out of just one order.
Second, the service:
I don't think I have ever met an owner/chef who is as passionate about their job as the owner of Vendetta Rossa. The first night, we chatted about his passion for food, his journey to opening his business, and the love he has for cooking. You can tell he really cares about the food. It is evident talking to him, even moreso when you take a bite of what he's making. This is food cooked with love.
The second night when I came back, he was so excited I liked the food he let out an audible cheer. It is so special to see people who take this much pride in their work.
This place is amazing. If you like Mediterranean food - honestly, if you like food at all - you'll love Vendetta Rossa.

I've come here roughly weekly since shortly after they opened and tried most of the things on their menu--it's all excellent. My vegetarian husband swears by their falafel, their salads are excellent, and for us carnivores all their meat options are delicious. I talk to the owner while picking things up and he's not only dedicated to his craft but just a really good guy.
Do be advised that it's take-away only, but no points off for that. Similarly, the menu isn't that deep but what they do make they make well, and that matters.
(The second or third time I came here I asked the owner "okay, silly question: why Italian and why 'red revenge'?" He admitted that he thought it sounded cool, and I fully approve.)

no frills, no seating, to go counter style. I got a chicken kabob wrap and falafel and both were EXCELLENT. Chicken was juicy, nicely spiced, cooked wonderfully. The falafel was crispy and very moist and green inside, just perfect. Came iwth some pickles (cucumber and i think radish). I ordered extra tzatziki which is made in house and was also delicious. I don't know if it's a regional thing or just a choice by the owner but the kebab don't come with any grilled veggies (usually tomato, pepper and onions) which I really love personally with my kebab. But in any case, my experience was great. I only put 4 for atmosphere because there's no seating but this should probably be a 5 since it's perfectly clean and nice for a take out spot.

This is a tiny place with only food to go… but OMG is it good!! I found it on accident when I was in the area and starving… searching google maps for something close by. I lucked into a gem of a place! I got the beef wrap, so much flavor, hummus is excellent. The service is friendly. They don’t take cash, so bring your card. I will be back, next time I will take a pic, this time I was too hungry to wait. Just go try it, you won’t be disappointed!

Stopped in this afternoon and was disappointed that it's take-out only. Not there fault. The food was good, the service pleasant, mostly automated, reasonably priced. I was happy. The one nit, is I ordered a bottle of water which they forgot to include in my bag. Learned my lesson, always check what you got before you leave.

I live nearby and decided to get some takeout, and let me tell you, the chicken shawarma is seasoned to PERFECTION. It was a little bit spicy, salty, and a tiny bit sweet, and you MUST get some tzatziki to pair! There's no actual seating, so it's takeout only, but I will be coming back!!
