“I’ve been going to the Budget Cafe in Lompoc for over 30 years and it cooks up the same delicious food every time I’ve been there. The waitress is one of the best you could ask for. The ambiance is old school and a welcome site for sore eyes. I hope to be coming here for a long time. BTW the food is cooked fast and the quality of the meals are done to your liking. The eggs and vegetables are farm fresh. You won’t go wrong stopping her for any of the many items on the menu.“
