One of the more unique tasting experiences I’ve had in some time. It’s was extremely entertaining to taste with Kris and go over tasting notes. We went through several whites which my wife loved but for me the Pinot and Syrah are show stoppers. If you find yourself in Lompoc stop by Civilization for some amazing wines.
Civilization Wine Company makes great wines. Pinot Noir and Grenache Blanc are two wines I was able to try last night. Both were excellent and your can tell were made by a talented wine maker. I highly recommend going in to the Lompoc Wine Factory and give them a try!
