The sups and the bobas delicious. Definitely coming back. I didn’t think Lompoc had great restaurants!!
Sydney was really great and patient with the service. Even though one of the dishes was really spicy for me, she was very understanding and got it replaced for me. We had the ramen and it was really creamy and tasty.
It’s an amazing place to have good ramen, the waitress was so nice and helped with everything. Highly recommend this place.

Flare is a charming restaurant in Lompoc that offers a unique blend of Korean and Japanese inspired dishes with some California influences. The atmosphere has a cozy, hole-in-the-wall vibe, with intimate seating and glowing star-like lights at the back tables, creating a warm and inviting setting. The staff, including Sydney and Cynthia, are friendly, attentive, and helpful, making diners feel welcomed.
The menu features exciting options such as hot pots, which are a standout in the area. Popular dishes include the beef Bulgogi fries with spicy mayo, which are flavorful and comforting, and the Chashu Pork Hot Pot, praised for its excellent broth. Other favorites are the Seafood Pho, Tofu Bowl, and fusion rice bowls that burst with flavor, especially when paired with fresh ingredients like cilantro, pico de gallo, and crisp lettuce. For drinks, the tiger milk tea is sweet and caramel-rich, complemented by honey Boba.
Desserts like cookies and cream milk and decadent hot pot soups offer satisfying finishes to meals. The restaurant is noted for high-quality food without high prices, and the hot ramen is described as creamy and tasty. Guests leave full and happy, eager to return for hot pots and other dishes. Overall, Flare is a delightful spot with delicious food, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere that makes it a true gem in Lompoc.
