Normally, it's pretty good. One of the best McDonald's I've been to as far as service and employing the local Community. For the last few weeks however someone is slipping. Two mornings at 6:15am ish (coffee and breakfast time?) I try and order hot vanilla latte but they cannot do it because they are cleaning the machine. Another day, I drove through to order my husband 4 sweet and sour sauces and myself a chocolate shake and was directed to park in spot #1...15 mins later I met him in the middle of the parking lot to follow him back in to get the sweet and sour sauces and I swear there was only two people working and the lobby was trashed!! Never seen it like that before. Just ordered 40 pc nugget family deal and guess what?! Yup..the all elusive sweet and sour sauces...how you gonna serve 40 chix nuggets and not check? YOU'RE MAKING $20/HOUR NOW, KID!! More than the local CNA's and non teaching staff at the local school- PUT YOUR BACK INTO IT A LITTLE BIT! Dang Managers- tell corporate that just because the customers are doing the first part of the work themselves, they still need to let you schedule a person to keep it clean...and tell the night shift that they are responsible for cleaning one of the first machines that is required at opening...not allowed to sit dirty all night...

This McDonald's was clean and fast. However, they only allow digital orders in the dining room. There's no employee at the front to take orders - app or kiosk only. Our kiosk shut down part way through and we had to resubmit the whole thing.

Very busy with lone pine being a top break stop for travelers. Food came out hot and as order except was missing food from my order but was easily resolved bringing my receipt to the counter. Inside was clean and well kept and staff were friendly even with the rush of people.

If I could give this anything less than one star I would. Came here for a quick stop before getting to mammoth. Only able to order on a kiosk, no employee was helpful when asked for sauces or napkins. Given the completely wrong order. Inside was decent and bathrooms were fine.

Had a great experience at this particular McDonald's this morning (3-30-24). I had a big order so I used the app and went through the drive thru to pick it up. The whole order was absolutely correct. The food was hot and assembled with care. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The coffee was hot and delicious. A great way to start the day. Thank you Lone Pine McDonald's. You guys rock!!!

I went in for a quick combo. You have to use the automated ordering system. I could not get it to work for a simple combo. I'm am not stupid. I have a PhD in engineering. No one to ask for help. Gave up and went to Carls down the road. No problems there, probably tasted better anyway.

It is conveniently located along the 395 for traveling families and truck drivers, so it gets quite busy. Updated look that is clean and welcoming. Service is better than most McDonald's. Fast and courteous service.

We had stopped by McDonald's to get a quick bite to eat. This McDonald's in Lone Pine is on the way to Mammoth Mountain. The inside is what you would expect at a modern McDonalds with kiosks to order food. I ordered my food through the app which was awesome. The food is typical McDonald's so it is consistent if you want some fast food. However, their bathroom situation was deplorable. It is clearly that they are not maintaining it which is primarily the reason for the Yelp rating. The urinal was overflowing and the men's bathroom was not clean. The women's restroom was sad. The door was actually locked. The employees tried their best to open it, but the keypad numbers were missing. It took them 30 minutes to get it open. Some of the ladies ended up using the men's restroom because the women's restroom wasn't working. This location needs to get it together considering that lots of people will be stopping to get food and to use the restroom as I imagine that it is a popular rest stop.
Employees are terrible. They disappear for minutes.Walk away from you when you are talking to them.They just don't seem to care.
