I was born and raised in Oklahoma, and I used to go on road trips to Texas, Memphis and Kansas City in part just to find and eat amazing BBQ. Axiom Kitchen makes some of the best BBQ I've had anywhere. Everything I've ever ordered from here was excellent. Also the people who run this local business seem lovely, which is always a plus!
Tried this place a few weeks ago, after seeing it on Instagram. We had the Dino rib, 1/2 pound of tri tip and the corn and Mac n cheese. The corn and Mac n cheese were delicious! The Dino rib was tender and flavorful. The tri tip was good too. We were greeted politely and didn't wait long for our food. Only issue was the price of the Dino rib...$40.
