Amazing food and people! This a great small and upcoming business and I’m sure it will be very popular in the future. The meats are juicy and tender and the Mac and cheese is probably the best I’ve had! I can’t wait for them to get a permanent location.
I found this new BBQ pop-up in Lakewood at the YMCA and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the kindness of the family that runs it, to the delicious food. Last week I had the 3 meat plate (I chose brisket, pork belly and chicken) which came with 2 sides and it was only $28! The brisket and pork belly were SO tender and juicy and had an amazing flavor! Omg the smoked brisket is amazing as is the Mac and cheese, beans and noodles with brisket.
Thought the noodles and brisket sounded odd but OMG!!
Husband and I will be trying the rest in their menu.
The family who owns this restaurant are so friendly too.
