Baskin Robbins in Long Beach

“In a day and age where service and courtesy have taken a nosedive, I was blown away by the great service I got here this week!

I went on Thursday to redeem a number of free kid scoop coupons and gift cards for a class ice cream party my son’s school.

I had called on Wednesday to ask some basic questions and Matthew was so very kind to answer my silly questions and also left a note for the staff working the next day to give them a heads up that I would be coming in for more than 30 kid scoops.

Then on Thursday I received a call from Kaylie who very generously got my order and packaged the scoops for me so they'd be ready when I came in. It saved me so much time.

And then Kyrie was so patient and helpful with processing my coupons and gift cards, and he held the doors open for me when going in and out with my cooler.

Very thankful for the service I received! And, of course, you can’t beat the ice cream!“

“Not so pretty from the outside, but a guy who seemed like the owner was very friendly and kind. He was sweet with my five year old and gave my two year old the tiniest little cone for free. Excellent service. Also, seemed even more delicious than the average Baskin-Robbins.“

“Today, I went to see my doctor in Long Beach. The weather was very warm and I was so thirsty. I wanted to drinksomething cold & sweet.Then, I saw a Baskin-Robbins ice creamshop across the street from my doctor's office.I wanted to try their ice cream. I droveto the parking lot, and It was inside of the small mall. There were plenty of parking spaces.I walked inside of Baskin-Robbins andthe store was cleaned. I asked an employee if they have frozen yogurt.Then, he said that they didn't have it, but they had sugar-free ice cream.I chose the flavor of vanilla ice creamwith chocolate chips. Also, I orderedBerry smoothy.Sugar-free ice cream was amazing. Ittasted like regular ice cream. It wascreamy, and mouth watering taste. It melted in my mouth.I just loved it !. Also, Berry Smoothy was so refreshing and delighted.I loved Baskin-Robbins's sugar-free ice cream & Berry smoothy.They were perfect for the hot weather.I recommend the Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop because they make the best ice cream & the smoothy.Also, the employee was so friendlyand helpful too.“
