I would like to share that Lily and Shanda are the reason why customers frequent this location. I interact more with Lily since she's always there, during the mornings and afternoons. Lily makes you feel like you're a guest in her home. She's welcoming. She always greets all customers and thanks them for coming to BR. Shanda also makes you feel so welcomed. Have visited this place on various occasions and have always received quality customer service. It's exoensive as hell but oh well lol. I have been allowed to bring my bicycle in each time that I have been here. There is no bicycle rack outside or anywhere near this shopping plaza. Wish that they would place a bicycle rack.
