Located inside of The Hangar. Tried 2 types of banh mi, classic and the grilled pork. My go to. When I took a bite of the classic something was off in taste. The pate over powered the sandwich. Even the cold cut ham is off. I can't say what was the off flavor but I will say a no to this sandwich. The grilled pork was maybe even worse. I tried my first bahn mi here and fell in love. However, i have since learned that all tofu bahn mi sandwiches are not the same. Bite mi's are so fresh. The tofu is crisp on the outside and and served nice and warm. The veggies are fresh and crisp. The bread is perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. This place is good, but pretty expensive for what it is. $7.50 for a banh mi? Yikes. Not sure if early lunch was a bad time, but the sandwich was neither warm nor crunchy. The grilled pork had a pretty good taste to it, though my mom found it to be salty. I would go again if I felt really bored of my usual food, but this place is just kind of expensive to me.
