My second visit wasn't as great as the first. I waited a WHILE to be served and the food wasn't as flavorful this time around. My $18 Cadillac margarita was basically juice.... but they made my dog a couple of burger patties, which was my main reason for going anyway. 🤷🏿♂️ Let's get some consistency with faster service and I'd return... especially since I can bring my dog.

The food & service was amazing. Everything I ate was delicious. I will definitely be coming here more often. The Shrimp A La Diabla was so delicious. It reminds me of the Mexican spaghetti but with a kick of spice and you know how delicious Mexican spaghetti is alone the shrimp just adds extra goodness. The smoke beef cheek burrito. Oh my Goodness it was to die for the smoke beef cheek was so flavorful and it just melted in your mouth with the beans, rice, guacamole, oaxacan cheese, and a lot of other good stuff inside a whole lot of deliciousness in one big burrito. Thank you Chef Mark 😊

The food was ok but not for the price me and my 2 coworkers say put in the patio area once we had eaten and we were sitting at our table eating we witnessed a mouse running along the wall when I brought it to our waitress attention her response was well we are next to a parking garage and they usually c9me out later and laughed for that reas9n alone I would mot be returning or will not recommend anyone to go there and we spent close to $200 there that night never again

Dishes were yummy with a special touch of California in my opinion. I’ve had friends go after my visit and they confirm it’s a great spot

The aesthetic and vibes here are amazing! Unfortunately NINE DOLLARS for an agua fresca is actually BIZARRE. Idk how they justify that price, but ok. I really wanted to like this place, I ordered the fish bowl and the rice was cold, and the flavors clashed. Wish this felt more authentic to Mexican cuisine and that the prices weren’t outrageous.

What a beautiful addition to DTLB! Went here last night for a birthday celebration with family. The atmosphere was family-friendly and lively. The tables and flowers were vibrant. The service was impeccable. The group of 7 was well attended to by the server. The server got drinks, made suggestions, and was friendly. The food was good. The surf and turf, seen on IG, was ordered. The tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection, and the lobster was amazing. A skirt steak, thin and long, was overcooked. The overall experience was wonderful.

The atmosphere here is fantastic, but the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The staff was spread thin, though they were friendly enough to pass out free shots to everyone (even the non-drinkers!). While the food arrived quickly, it unfortunately lacked flavor and quality. The biggest sting was the bill, $36 for four tasteless aguas frescas felt like a total robbery. Great for the vibe, but the value and seasoning just weren't there.

This restaurant was off the charts! The food was spectacular and good sized portions for small plates and sharing. The drinks were also wonderful- excellent spicy margarita. The service was also on point, bussing quickly to keep us comfortable while we dined. Highly recommend for a date night, dinner with friends or if you just happen to stumble in to with your infant!
Unfortunately I was looking forward to experiencing some amazing food but was seriously disappointed. Main course was really bad - meat was overcooked, sides either not enough seasoning or too salty . Truly disappointing-

HOLY MOLY. This place is now a top 5 for us. Such amazing food. Literally just got home and have to post this. The owners Stephen and Meg are fabulous! The food? EVEN BETTER. STOP WHAT YOURE DOING AND GO HERE NOW! The restaurant is so cute and I'm in love. We had a little bit of a difficult start because I booked through Resy and it doesn't give you the option of picking indoor patio and for personal reasons, I hate outdoor in DTLB, BUT, they got an indoor table for us after a relatively small wait. They really came through though. Stephen sent amazing tasting shots to our table (Strawberry coconut lime tequila shots that were freaking delicious, and I'm not a tequila drinker, but dude, this was SO GOOD) and our waiter Tim was soooo attentive and quick. Speaking of quick, their kitchen is FAST. Like, brought my kid his burrito within 10 minutes of him ordering it. The queso fundito was fantastic and inhaled within 5 minutes of it being on the table. Our drinks were IMPOSSIBLY GOOD. And the food was 100/10. We're definitely going back for the surf and turf platter and the brunch. I can't even believe how delicious the whole thing was. If you're considering going here, do it. They're fantastic.

Oh my heavens! While visiting LB I tried Buen Provecho and it absolutely made my weekend in LB special. Bartenders and Excellent Recommenders Kenyon and Stephen are OUTSTANDING (I know “Recommenders” is not a word, yet, it is appropriate). The margaritas, salads and carne asada burritos with the house hot sauce are EXCELLENT!!! Really EXCELLENT!!!Don’t miss out on the BEST Mexican food and beverages in LB.
