Our drinks were phenomenal. They knock it out of the park every single time
Went in yesterday and Ashton gave a wonderful experience! Gave a little history and cool facts about the place, like the fact that they distill their own vodka, whiskey and other spirits as well! The food was TOO good and the drinks matched. The Passin’ Me By is a beautiful drink that tastes just like how it looks! The decor is nice, very simple but polished with a clear aesthetic.
I'm a Chef. I've eaten at MANY restaurants. There's always at least 1 or 2 dishes shy of making the mark. THIS RESTAURANT WAS A 12 OUT OF 10 ON EVERYTHING!! From the handcrafted drinks to the FALL OFF THE BONE Ribs and Brisket Both SO TENDER IT MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH! NO NEED FOR CHEWING!! You could cut it with a spoon! Broken Spirits Distillery is a new favorite spot with a super easy-to-navigate menu. The birria tacos and brisket grilled cheese remain hot and perfect, while the potato skins and wings in Thai chili sauce are also to die for. Known for its fabulous food and outstanding service, this place offers a Happy Hour that is considered the best around, where guests can enjoy a buy 1 drink get the 2nd free deal on Fridays before 6pm. The Master Distiller even personally thanked guests for coming. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere where it feels like talking to an old friend. One reviewer highlighted a waitress who was very nice, moving tables to provide shade for her guests. The drinks are yummy, and the prices are very reasonable. Although the beer selection is small, the liquor options are extensive, with cocktails that are consistently delicious. Broken Spirits Distillery is highly recommended and will be the first choice for many returning visitors.
