The waitress was so rude. We had to wait almost ten minutes for her to organize forks, knives and spoons before she came to give my wife and I a menu. We closed are menus and set them to the end of the table as finished and still has to wait until she finally said are you ready I said yes and she tells me I have to leave my seat to go to the front of the store to order. I had to even remind her I have crutches it's not easy getting around so she comes to the table and takes my order showing frustration. I don't know what happened to this Buenos pizza on willow in Long Beach but it's not the same. The waitress was very unprofessional and very very rude to customers.

Garbage wannabe Italian food cooked by non Italians. Wings are disgusting and the pasta is overpriced and low quality canned alfredo sauce. The owner should be ashamed of himself for having workers who do not care about the food.

The last few times I have tried to place an order on the phone I waited more than 5 minutes and their hold messages are too frequent and makes the experience of waiting on hold bad enough for me to comment on it. One of the messages encourages online ordering but that doesn't appear to be working either. The food is decent enough, but it is difficult to do to-go ordering right now.

This is my first time eating at this location. I’ve been going to the ocean location for several years. On July 3rd, 2024. I ordered the fettuccini and added chicken and broccoli. This was a door dash order. When I received my food. My noodles were still semi hard. After eating half of my food. I started to get stomach pain, cramps and diarrhea. I had food poisoning. I expected better from this location since it’s the first and original location. I won’t be back and will continue to go the Ocean location.
