Love Buono's! My go to. So this is not a bad review on the establishment in general or the quality of food. This is a 1 star review for Ms. Alicia "the manager" who had a power complex. I've been ordering wings from her for years and always split half lemon pepper and half original hot and Alicia all of a sudden tried to make up her own rules talking about you can do that. This a message to Alicia's boss get your people she gunna lose you money.

Buonos has killer eggplant parmigiana and great people and great pizza! I like the restaurant in Long Beach because it's close to where I watch the Grand Prix race!!

Every visit to this place has been consistently delicious and flavorful! From the minestrone soup to the rigatoni al forno, heck even the veggie pizza is perfection. Italian food at its best- please never change!
We came for the first time we knew there would be a bit of a wait due to it being Valentine's Day and we were okay with that but once they sat us down with the menu we sat for about 30 minutes and we just kept seeing the server pass by without saying anything so I asked and they said we had to order in the front and we weren't notified of that so we walked out. I don't think I'll be back.

Buono's is the best. We used to go there. My husband always gets a personal pepperoni extra cheese. I get antipasto or a capese salad. The last couple times we Uber Eats here the husband got the same. I got Mediterranean chicken salad meat balls and garlic bread. The last time(2 days ago) I got eggplant parmigiana. Awesomeness.

I must commend their team for making a mundane situation, such as being on jury duty, surprisingly enjoyable. Why can't you give zero stars??? All time worse delivery experience ever!!! When I placed the order online I was quoted an 85 min delivery. I was shocked it was so long. But, it was 3:15 pm. So, they said my delivery would arrive at 4:34. At 5 pm I called the restaurant to ask what happened to my order. She said that she called the driver and he was almost here. It is now, 6:00. My order never arrived!!! I just made a grilled cheese and ate it. I even tipped 30 % ahead of time. I'm out 73 bucks. I have never had an order take over 3 hours. I will never order from here again. I just called for a 3rd time. They had a mix up and never placed or confirmed our order!!!! We are supposed to get a refund. We would of been waiting all night! Why didn't the first 2 calls catch that our order didn't get made???? Worst customer service ever.
