The waitress was so rude. We had to wait almost ten minutes for her to organize forks, knives and spoons before she came to give my wife and I a menu. We closed are menus and set them to the end of the table as finished and still has to wait until she finally said are you ready I said yes and she tells me I have to leave my seat to go to the front of the store to order. I had to even remind her I have crutches it's not easy getting around so she comes to the table and takes...

The last few times I have tried to place an order on the phone I waited more than 5 minutes and their hold messages are too frequent and makes the experience of waiting on hold bad enough for me to comment on it. One of the messages encourages online ordering but that doesn't appear to be working either. The food is decent enough, but it is difficult to do to-go ordering right now.

Best Italian food that my family and I tried and we're from San Diego. And it definitely beats Olive Garden. Awesome portions very filling. Definitely recommend to anyone for great Italian food. Definitely coming back here for the next visit.
