There's something special about their pizza at this location. There's another california pizza near my house their pizza is pretty good. But this location the pizza was made with love & the crust was so soft not greasy on the bottom. When you bite into it takes you into another world. Whoever made that pizza that day keep that person in your kitchen.

Waiting for a table 45 minutes is not worth it. Came twice, ate only once. First visit waited 45 min, saw empty tables but could not stand the heat and left. Second visit waited 25 min, got in. Pizza is average. Frozen pizza of same brand tastes better at home. Wanted one star, but give two for the excellent waitress.

This place is always at home run. The food was not excellent today but normally it's very very good. Service was midway okay. And it's always a great atmosphere. It's a fun place to come.

Menu items are tasty and shareable due to their large size. My partner and I always get the artichoke dip and one entree and always leave satisfied.

Very straightforward process. Impressed with how smoothly it went.
They were so short staffed. All the food kept coming out to the wrong tables. Bathrooms were gross - trash overflowing and no toilet paper. Probably my worst CPK experience. The Thai salad was weird - too much cabbage.

Pizza tasted like it was a cracker crust and had sat under a heat lamp for an hour. No flavor and the “fresh” veggies on the Thai chicken pizza were wilted and soggy.

This was, without question, the worst dining experience I’ve ever had — and it had nothing to do with the food.
We waited over 30 minutes just to get our order taken, despite the restaurant having plenty of empty tables. That’s already a bad sign. But what truly made this place unforgettable — for all the wrong reasons — was the host. The person whose job it is to make guests feel welcome was, quite frankly, the rudest and most unprofessional individual I’ve ever encountered in any service setting.
I own a restaurant myself, so I understand the pressure of hospitality. But there is no excuse for the kind of disrespectful, dismissive, and outright hostile behavior we experienced. This man ignored us while glued to his phone, clearly aware we were trying to get his attention. And as we finally walked out — defeated and disgusted — he had the audacity to say, “Finally.” Absolutely unacceptable.
To add to the disaster, our server failed to mention that one of the dishes we ordered was unavailable — until after an hour had passed. By that point, my mother left hungry. While I recognize the waiter seemed overwhelmed and was likely the only one actually doing his job, basic communication is non-negotiable.
I don’t care if this review changes nothing. I’ll do everything in my power to escalate this to corporate, because no customer should ever be treated this way — not at a street cart, not at a dive bar, and definitely not at a place that pretends to be a restaurant.
