Wow! My bf and I checked out La Sala even though we weren’t staying at the Fairmont and were blown away by our breakfast. We split the Fairmont Breakfast and I’m not joking when we say it was one of the best prepared breakfasts we’ve had. The eggs and bacon were phenomenal but the potatoes? Literally some of the best breakfast potatoes I’ve ever had even though they don’t look that impressive. My bf was a chef for 20 years and he had major accolades...read full review
