The young women that work the drive through in the early mornings are so nice. The nicest. I pass by this cjs on the way to work every so often and am always leaving pleasantly surprised and taken aback by the service. You don't get much if that anymore.

Atmosphere im still giving a 5 star, but there is a lot of homeless people here. Out of all of them only one, ask me for money to buy something to eat here. Nice lady. So I did buy her something. She not just wanted the money she really wanted food. Good place to eat. Thank you Carl's

Cindy & Stephanie, the two drive thru young ladies, are always with a smile and personable. I've been going there for 10 years. The food is always fresh.
Problem #1. Your prices have moved up faster than inflation. I cut myself off one day a week.
Problem #2. The automated order taker. It asks too many questions and gets my answers wrong about a third of the time, I speak perfect English. I just ask fo a person and i have to do that two or three...
