Casa Chaskis on the westside is one of our favorite Peruvian restaurants. Fresh ingredients, and flavorful dishes.

I love that they have the community garden for fresh ingredients for their dishes, but they also share with the community.

It’s such a vibe there from their cute patio to the Peruvian decor inside.

The lomo saltado is delicious, and the chaufa rice is enough to have leftovers.
The food here is exceptional. Everything I had was so good. Had the tallarin saltado with beef, mixed ceviche, plantains, guava juice, and crema volteada. Excited to try other dishes in future visits. They have a farm on premise too.
The service and people were amazing. The Lomo meat wasnt tender which is a huge problem with lomo. It is supposed to he tender but I only went one time. I will give them another chance. The tallarines a la Huancaina and Maracuya were really good.
