The best bagels I've ever had. I really like the Maddy. It has pastrami and their 421 coffee is the best. The owners are the sweetest people on earth.

I came in this afternoon with my 8 year old to try this cute spot as I've passed it many times and finally was able to try it out. The selection was good, though it's only bagels, which is fine. We like bagels. My daughter wanted a kids steamer drink , and the barista added a nice amount of whip cream, and my daughter was stoked! Unfortunately, as lessons happen, she went straight for the whip cream (unknowingly how hot the content in the cup was) and tilted her cup enough where she got a good amount of scolding milk on her lap. Luckily, I had asked for a cup of ice when we ordered to cool down her drink beforehand. So I tossed the ice on her lap once it happened, and thankfully, the manager came out and quickly brought a pitcher of cold water to pour on her legs to ease the burn quickly. Complete learning lessons on my little, unfortunately, as she'll know now how to handle a hot drink properly. The way the manager came out promptly and acted fast to attend to us was awesome! I was frazzled for a moment and left abruptly as I wanted to get her home and changed out of her wet clothes. I didn't get to say how much I appreciate the quick step of the manager who helped us at that moment. Thank you so much! We will be back again, and next time, we will order a cold tea for the kiddo ? Again, thanks to the manager who acted quickly in helping us, you're amazing!!! She has no burn scars, and the burning feeling was gone and fine after an hour! The quick response definitely helped ?! We will be back again!

I want to thank the owner of Cassidy's for delivering part of my order that was not given to me on Friday morning. She noticed my order and called me asking if I was still in the area as they had not given me my full order. When I informed her that I was already at work and would have to turn back, she asked for my address and said that she would personally deliver it. This is proof that customer service is a priority to Cassidys, and with that, they have gained a returning customer.

Cassidy's Corner is our favorite spot for grabbing bagels and coffee, especially for weekend mornings. The bagel sandwiches are awesome, and we love their lox bagel. The staff is super friendly, and it’s a great spot to meet up with friends or grab a quick bite. Perfect for a laid back morning!

Great bagels and sandwiches, however coffee is way overpriced, and I wish they would fix their own website's online reordering button--it endlessly hourglasses when I go back and try to reorder the same order as my previous visit.

Greedy. The charge $6.60 for this little coffee. Smallest cup the could find. At least make it medium little more milk will cost you maybe 20cents more ! Try Einstein Bagle (Lachs Bagle) down the street and judge yourself. Most amazing bagle I had and comes with free coffee !
