Its only 4. Stars because for my birthdays i do not see any animatronics and i know you are makimg that dance floor please bring them back or sell them to peoplle because now im about to turn 9 and i have to stay home ruining my chance nut oover all it fantasic

The staff nice to parents and kids . Of course I suggest go on the weekdays b4 3 PM if you have small kids . All the games work. And they always have surprise tickets just laying around . One thing forsure the pizza made all our stomach hurt .

Went to the Long Beach one & had a terrible experience. Problem with drink loud girls who had to much to drink and started cussing & wanting to fight myself and my pregnant daughter. I'm a grandmother & I went with my family to take my grandson to play & eat. Places like this are for CHILDREN!!! Alcohol should NOT be sold or it should be monitored closely around children because ppl DON'T know how to act. And this could cause severe harm to a child. I will NOT be taking my family there again!!!

Pizza was delicious and my child had lots of fun playing the games!
The service was great! Our hostess Alexandra was the Best for my son's birthday party. Just make sure your party shows up bc I had put down 20 kids that we paid for and only 7 showed up. Other then that service was fast
Public marking ate my quarters outside could of known from employees since I ask for change, 2dollars for 30min after was free so I payed like extra ?
