Horrible Experience / Super Rude Customer Service from Amber L.

The girl who helped me was super rude, had a bad & unprofessional attitude for no reason ??????

The name on the receipt said her name was Amber L., but I'm not sure if that's her real name...

Amber L., the rude employee in question is female, is Caucasian, has a neck tattoo, with dyed colorful hair, that appears she hasn't dyed in about 4 months. ** Disclaimer (She was so petty so I included that last description on purpose because of her really bad attitude) **

Amber L. is also very unsanitary, her hands touched the ice cream as she scooped it out for the customer in front of me, and while giving another customer a free sample to try.. Gross!!!

Amber L. also dropped a black sharpie marker twice, onto 2 different ice cream flavors, and didn't scoop out the contaminated part of the ice cream.

I haven't even got to the part were Amber L., was rude to me, but I've already typed too much for this review, for people to actually read.

AVOID THIS PLACE, or at the very least avoid the employee named Amber L., as she is super rude, unprofessional, and displayed a bad attitude.

Amber L., please have better customer service next time, if you are unhappy with your job, you should find another job.

The ice cream was good, lots of options, unfortunately went when it was rather busy which wasn't helped by the slow service.

Love cold stone but this has got to be a joke lol. It was basically one big bite of ice cream that’s it. On top that the price was $10 for a like it with just a few toppings. Probably won’t come back to this location the other ones at least fill it over the top. Staff were pleasant though!

Upon entering, there were approximately 6-7 customers present, and I was the last in line to place an order. When it was finally my turn, the available young lady directed me to seek assistance from her colleagues wearing glasses, but her colleague was already attending to an order for a group of three. Despite the ice cream being fully stocked and available, she seemed inclined to prioritize restocking. I politely requested my order from her, noting that the other young lady was currently assisting three customers. With hesitation she did my order.

During the service, I observed her handling the trash can, retrieving boxes and silver ice cream tins, and washing her gloves instead of replacing them.There were three employees present: one wearing a black Cold Stone collar, one in a white shirt and wears glasses, and another who washed her gloves instead of changing them. My overall experience was less than satisfactory, especially considering I was on vacation. I hope that the staff will receive better training in customer service and sanitation practices.

The worst place. Online orders take priority over walk in. Out of most topping. After waiting 20 minutes to be told they couldn't make most of their cones. Rude young girl. Waited 20 minutes and only one person was before me. Ship this place

Severely understaffed. One dude is doing register, prep, clean up, and order. Had only 2 groups in front of me and waited around 30 minutes for my order. After it finally became my turn, he told me there's no milk, so he couldn't make a shake.

While i was there, at least ten people left cause of the wait. Management, if you're reading this, I hope you understand that you're losing customers over this. I'm not sure if it's hard to hire, or you're trying to save some money, but either way, you are losing money.

I see one person taking orders, scooping ice cream, and working the register. Super long line. It is a Saturday afternoon in June. Come on management - Hire more help.

3 employees in the back… 1 definitely not doing anything. 2 seemed to be getting more ice cream or cleaning dishes. But super long line and only 1 person taking orders, prepping orders and doing cashier. Help her out. Also the counters were super messy. Money left out. Crumbs everywhere. Could be better.
