During my visit, customer service is good. The Epic Beyond Cali Burrito tastes like a less flavorful mashup of a soggy Sloppy Joe sandwich—in burrito form. It's a somewhat filling meal though not completely satisfying taste wise. The hot sauces don't even seem to contribute to making the burrito more flavorful.
