The lobby is supposed to be open until 10pm but employees are closing it at 9pm. Signage stats 10pm and with the amount of Deliveries this is causing long waits.

This is the worst Del Taco nearby. The food is meh. The service is usually rude. Go to the one on Willow and Cherry, or the one on PCH instead.

The last 3-4 times we've come here, they messed up every order. My habanero tacos were cold, I was 1 short, and they never wrap the paper around the food securely. It looks like they just throw the food in the bag. I can't believe how many times we've given them a chance and they continue us to serve cold food & provide horrible service. On top of the cold food, there is always another mistake. I will no longer go to this horrible place. You guys are the worst!!!

Sorry Del taco but NO, what were they thinking when they created that snack taco for $1? lol; I thought it was the original size taco. It was a micro mini taco and it was cracked with less than a pinky size of meat. Not fresh either. I had to turn right around and take those things back. I went right across the street to Taco Bell and I don't eat fast food but today I did. Those workers inside looked at me like what the heck lol but they respected it when I told them the tacos weren't fresh lol service is coo ambiance isn't the greatest del taco needs to step their branding up.. but they had customers
Rude Food is soggy Didn't honor rewards for apps.Never coming here or for that matter to any del taco service is wack they don't speak English

Ok, this pig of a worker could not stop looking at my mother and fudged my food up, I had got carne asada fries and they spilt all over the bag. I am very disappointed

The cashier in the drive thru put my food into the bag upside down and everything fell out of the bag. So i went into the drive thru again to request that my Carne Asada fries be remade, to which the cashier replied "that's not my problem that's on you however you hold the bag." even though she handed me the bag with the food upside down in it. Then proceeded to walk away and shake her head. Didn't happen to catch her name but it was a hispanic woman with black spikey hair and star tattoos on her neck. Completely unprofessional and honestly just disrespectful. Hoping to speak to the manager soon to make this right.
