I've been coming here for over 10 years. They accept cards now (IYKYK). The servers will greet you warmly anf there is always a daily special during the week. Cheap, good and consistent.

Pizza was solid but not highest of quality. They used cheap toppings but it still tasted pretty decent. Sauce was heavy on the tomato paste flavor. Dough was light & not too dense, could have used a few more minutes in oven to crisp it up a bit more. Friendly staff with old pizza place feel. Free refill on the sodas.

This is a great local pizza spot. I have been coming here for years !!! I've only had the pizza but they have a large menu with daily specials. The service is always good here. The pizza is sooo good & they have the best ranch!! I've always taken my food to go but they do have a small dining area & they do serve beer. There is something about a local pizza place that just hits the spot. This place gets it right every single time! If you are tired of all the chain pizza places give this spot a try. The only bad thing is they are closed on Mondays.

Stumbled upon this hidden gem! I ordered a custom pasta which is always fun and a nice touch. The food came out quick and the service was direct quick and the the point. There was a decent amount of guests enjoying their meals inside and they are located hidden along the side of the entrance to a plaza! Don't sleep on this place as it was definitely a must go back to restaurant. In the famous words of Arnold schwarzenegger, "I'll be back." They're great, especially for their price. I've had their pizzas and pasta a few times and I'm never disappointed. It's not the absolute best in the city, but it beats any chain by a mile.

I'm a huge pizza lover so Iv been wanting to to try this pizza joint in LB for a while. Finally had the chance last night, and I have mixed feelings about it. For $28 you can get an extra large pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and ham on top. It was surprisingly good and can feed a hungry family and still have leftovers. Only cons I would give is that it's a bit greasy and crust can be better. Also not pictured are a 12 piece lemon pepper wings. They have a good amount of meat on them, definitely not some small cheap wings that can be finished in 1-2 bites. I just wished they seasoned it a bit more with lemon pepper. Lastly, the reason I'm not giving this place any higher is due to the pasta, it's probly the worst fettuccine Alfredo iv had. It had a weird taste to it, I'm not sure what they seasoned it with. I'd just recommend the pizza and wings.
My go to pizza place in LB. We get The Works. When I call, they have my order in 20-30 mins. The only thing that stops me from coming here a lot is their parking. It's always full. It's not as convenient as Blaze pizza and the new pizza place on Bellflower . Of the two though, Deli News is the best. I recommend having reserved parking space for pick up.

always a friendly and clean spot with good food and decent prices. my only complaint is that the pizzas are often a bit underdone in the middle, but its not a big enough issue to keep me from coming back for more.

I loved Deli News and have been coming here for years. Unfortunately today we ordered takeout and I was surprised to see how small their portions are now. I ordered 2 pasta dishes and I received half of the normal portions I used to get. Super disappointed. I probably won't order take out here.
