Deli News Pizza is a reliable spot for tasty food at reasonable prices. Their lunch specials, including a drink, offer a substantial amount of food for $10. The comfortable atmosphere and friendly, efficient staff create a welcoming experience. The restaurant accepts cards and features daily specials during the week. For pizza, Deli News serves a small pizza with 8 slices, perfect for sharing, with options like pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple. While some dishes may have minor flaws, the restaurant consistently delivers good food and warm service. Customers praise the fantastic slices, amazing crust, and friendly service, with one visitor describing the Italian Roast Beef Hot Sandwich as the best they've had in a long time, with perfectly crispy bread and juicy, generous portions of meat. The staff are described as friendly and kind, and the restaurant as welcoming, with music playing overhead. However, some customers wish the restaurant had extended hours or a second location to cater to late-night needs.
