For a hole in the wall type of a bar, this place is legit. Not only is the bar super clean and very nice inside, the bartender was very sweet and accommodating. The people in there were chill and friendly, two pool tables in the back, and a cool daily drink special for a beer and a shot. Definitely a local hangout, but very welcoming to us visitors.
A true hidden gem. Came here after a cover at Alex’s and it’s strong drinks and a family vibe. They also have a pool table and the bartender gave us complimentary roasted peanuts. The drinks are really great for the price as well. If you’re hesitant, don’t be.
My buddies and I stumbled upon this little bar by chance. We were the only “gringos” there, but we were welcomed as if by old friends. They women who tended bar and served us were gracious hosts. It was very clean and well appointed. We had a blast, bought a shirt, and would recommend to others looking for a cold cerveza.
