I went to one El Pollo Loco when I first came to CA. After waiting 50 minutes for them to heat up my sauce I decided never ever to give this company my business ever again. 50 minutes and a hell of a lot of attitude because I was not happy about waiting and watching over a dozen other people receive their orders while they ignored mine.
great food, great service, they do a good job there ^_^
