I just had to come here to say how courteous and professional the staff that worked this evening Tuesday 12/16/25 at the Clark Ave and Los Coyotes Diagonal location is. They were extremely busy but held everything together very well. I took my food to go and everyone at my house really enjoyed it. Thank you to the staff, great job.👏🏽👏🏽

Honestly, the best pollo loco I ate at, got a 7.99 meal everything about it was just picture perfect and tasted amazing. Had it all, sauces napkins, fresh, price. Might be cause I was starving but pretty solid.

This location has been a neighborhood staple since I was a boy. The chicken has been consistently well-cooked and flavorful throughout this time. Unfortunately, they have changed the recipe for their pico de gallo, which really was the only decent salsa they offered. This is a shame, because they had the best pico of any EPL location in SoCal. It used to be slightly green in hue and had a soupcon of lime to it. Now it's just watered down and is hardly distinguishable from...
