This is the only El Pollo Loco that I will visit, BECAUSE THEY NEVER GIVE OFF ANTI-WHITE RACIST VIBES LIKE ALL OF THE OTHER LOCATIONS! The workers here are PROFESSIONAL, KIND, AND COURTEOUS. So, forget about the negative reviews...I come here for that reason alone. Knowing, that I can bring my family here and be well-respected and NOT treated like some punk Gringo. Thank you staff for giving customers love, in an a society filled with senselessness and total lack of customer service....

Most behind the counter employees are overworked, so their response to customers is lackluster at best. The food is always good. Have been going to Pollo Loco since 1980, when it first opened. The pieces and portions of sides were way cheaper and they gave you far more back then. Like everything else shrinkflation has taken hold and the pieces of chicken are small and portions of sides equally small and way overpriced.
