Dear management It’s very important that you keep your most popular dishes, well stocked. Today I visited this location in Long Beach on North Bellflower and I was told by the drive-through employee that you guys were completely out of SHRIMP for the entire day and possibly tomorrow. Normally, it wouldn’t bother me, but I drove further to this location and now I’m going out my way another 3 miles to another. I remember during the pandemic, this location was always well stocked, but on a normal day or weekend, you run out. I guess I’ll be going to the one on Carson and Paramount permanently

The 5 dollar combos at this Pollo Loco are singlehandedly keeping me alive. It’s the best bargain I can get on campus, a real bang for your buck kinda deal, ya know. And money is kinda in short supply, so I keep coming back here. Everyday, Monday thru Friday, I eat at this Pollo Loco. Breakfast, Pollo Loco. Lunch, Pollo Loco. Dinner, Pollo Loco. Take a girl on a date. Pollo Loco. I sleep and I dream of Pollo Loco. I don’t even taste it anymore. I can’t even say for sure if I enjoy it, really. I know I should just eat somewhere else, but the 5 dollar bargain just keeps me coming back. I keep myself locked in a grilled, carb-rich prison of my own doing, afraid of what lies beyond the great unknown. It’s at this point that I begin to wonder. Is the Pollo Loco, or am I the one that is Loco?

I got full so fast on the 4pc combo it wasn't even funny. The food is very good but it won't compete with other chicken restaurants like Popeyes or canes
