The cafe is the best part about going to the VA, I purposefully schedule my appointments for the morning so I can get breakfast. It's actually one of the better breakfasts in town with fresh cooked eggs, big sausage patties, even the bacon is pretty good (not McDonald's style garbage) and it's wildly affordable comparatively.

The layout of the Patriot Café is nice, and the staff are professional and efficient at Starbucks. While the grill staff may have some attitude, there are other options for hot food with friendly staff available. The cafe is a good place to visit while a loved one is being attended to in the hospital or to have a meal after discharge. The prices are reasonable, and overall, it's a cool place to stop by for a fulfilling meal.
