The food was ok not the best flavor! I'm from out of town so I was excited to get some good Hawaiian BBQ
No utensils included in the bags. How am I supposed to eat it??
The food was amazing and affordable when it was LB Hawaiian. I would have lunch here about twice a week.
Now that they have been bought out by L&L, the food is okay, the prices increase by about 20%, and the wait was twice as long. The original staff was nice as always but the new manager wasn't. After I got my food, I asked for extra sauce and the new manager told me that there was already some on my food. Looks like I need to find a new go-to lunch spot.

L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, formerly known as LB Hawaiian, offers a mixed experience. The food was amazing and affordable under the previous name, but since the buyout, prices increased by about 20% and the wait is twice as long. While the original staff remains nice, the new manager was not. The loco moco was more meh than wow, with thin, stale meat, though the rice and egg held it together; the macaroni salad was a tangy-fresh delight. The musubis are pretty good, with a Katsu one and a regular spam one being quite delicious and sold at a decent price. The bbq chicken with rice, Mac n cheese, and steamed veggies was pretty good, with nice flavor and vegetables that were just right. Service was excellent, with a kind and helpful older gentleman who seemed to be the owner. However, the taste of the food has been different lately, and one child did not want to eat. It remains a solid meal for students given the location, and many will give it another try.
