Good service + food in Long Beach Airport - - - - - - - - Our daughter and I visited San Jose, CA, and the Bay area one mid-October weekend. We had a good time. While we have non-stops, our schedule was such that we needed to route from STL to SJC via Long Beach / LGB. There are multiple restaurants in this nice airport, and most are locally owned. Full disclosure, I didn't get a chance to eat here on this trip, but I felt compelled to leave a 5-star review. Why? Because as a traveler who looks for vegetarian food, it was fantastic to see such great options on the menu. So often the only choice is a sad salad, so finding a clear and appealing Falafel Pita Sandwich and a full Falafel Entrée Platter was a very welcome sight.
