The Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen was perfect for my late night ramen craving! Not only is Giraffe Ramen delicious for takeout, it's actually tastier than many of the ramens I've had dining at ramen shops. It comes topped with wood ear mushrooms, half a soft-boiled egg, bean sprouts, bamboo, ginger, green onions, and of course two tender cuts of tonkotsu. The broth is nicely flavored without being too salty. I really appreciated the thoughtful packaging which separated the noodles/topping and broth in separate compartments within one container so it doesn't get soggy. The container is tied up in a plastic bag to prevent spill. The ratio of noodles/topping and broth was perfect. The next time you have a rainy day ramen craving, give Giraffe Ramen a try!

I ordered delivery through doordash. Tonkotsu ramen was good. i liked the takeout bowls that were one piece but separates the liquid from the solids. nice touch. i also ordered a salmon poke bowl. i took one bite of a piece of salmon and it does not taste fresh. i would not order raw fish from here again.

Food wasn't the best and the noodles weren't that great. Same noodles as the Maruchan packets, I would save my money and find a better spot, this place is not recommended.

I tried their spicy miso ramen and it was not good. I threw half of it away and it costed me $18.It tasted almost like instant ramen but with slightly more complex flavor and overly spicy tasting and the red dyed ginger kind of clashes with the whole flavor of the bowl. The menma and ramen noodles were good but thats it.I make better ramen at home but unfortunately it takes a lot of work for me to do so I may be more critical than other people on the taste of ramen. If you are a ramen connoisseur or enjoy ramen paitan, i would not recommend this place or at least not recommend the spicy miso ramen.

Quite good I've been to a lot of ramen joints in the neighborhood, and this one was excellent! The ramen was tasty. My friend and I waited for our order for around 20 minutes to an hour. The egg and meat in the spicy miso ramen I ordered were excellent, and my companion who ordered the vegetarian ramen also thought it was excellent. The dumplings were also rather tasty.Overall, it was excellent. However, give it a go.

Packing are great. Fast and convenient. I expected the cucumbers salad to have flavor but it turns out just completely plain with soy sauce on the side. I thought it would be marinated like Thai style cucumber salad or most of the Japanese restaurant cucumber salad. Overall, its an okay ramen but I would not say its the best one in town.

We got our money back. Updating to 3 stars for that, thank you.It was so bad that we threw it away. All of it. The broth was spoiled and rancid, the noodles tasted like they were left uncovered. We'll need our money back for sure. They even got the order wrong.

I was looking for a ramen place. I had been craving Ramen the weekend prior, so when I saw the rating and the fact it was super close to work, it was like the perfect find...So it took me a few extra minutes to find the actual entrance location since it is actually in the alleyway..When you get close, you will tons of parked cars and food runners for door dash uner eats etc. Don't be scared they are just picking up delivery orders inside. You will find two touch screens where you can order from not only the Ramen Giraffe but 34 other restaurants. That's right, there are 35 restaurants to choose from Clever business model for sure not getting side tracked I ordered the Pork Ramen spicy, Hamachi Kama and a Cucumber Salad After the order, it was about 5 minutes or so when they called me up, I chose to eat there so I could see well the food was cooked and I wasn't disappointed... My ramen is steaming hot and spicy, cucumber salad super fresh and crisp with every bite, and my Hamachi Kama. Well, let's just say cooked perfectly...I will definitely be back again!!!

Overall pretty good. I think the testament to a good ramen is the broth and it definately hit the mark there. However, where I feel they needed improvement is the char siu..it was lackluster and dry. That part is hard to make and if I known it would be subpar, I would have gotten the chicken instead. But again, broth was good so I would return.

DELICIOUS. Was on the hunt for some delicious vegetarian ramen in Long Beach and this place was it. I got the spicy vegetarian ramen and it was so good (with a subtle kick of spice - I have a high spice tolerant, so it was very tolerable for me. My partner thought so, too, and he doesn't have as high of tolerant as mine). It's down an ally way and thanks to the beautiful building mural, I was easy to spot Daisy's kitchen. You can place an order ahead of time and pick up, but we placed an order on the screens inside and received a notification about 15 min later to pick up in the respective locker. Didn't have to interact with anyone which was actually a nice change of pace. I'll be returning.

You should go for Giraffe Ramen, we've had it twice and they are my new favorite. It's hard to find a ramen shop that has consistently exquisite vegetarian ramen, but their spicy creamy ramen is above anything I've had in so long. The miso vegetarian was also good, but the spicy creamy was something else. Their gluten free noodles and their regular noodles are awesome. Oh! We also tried the fried banana... ?? Happy as hell.

...this place...it took me a decade to find...I felt like I drove to a stranded location when my GPS in my car told me I have arrived. In my head, I thought my GPS was EFFING with me because I didn't see a sign that says "GIRAFFE RAMEN" the only thing I passed by was a weird/dark color looking garage thingamabob. I'm thinking, is my car GPS taking me to a serial killers hide out? My GPS probably hates me by now anyways cause I overuse it's system to the max especially to locate for something to eat. It's saying "time for her to go." I'm seriously not joking...but in the end I did end up going into this dark color looking like garage place. Since my GPS insists it's in there, I was like WELL...(insert Criminal Mind's eerie theme song) I had no choice It's actually home to several mom and pop restaurants. They actually call this place GHOST KITCHEN'S. Well that explains it, right? Even the outside looks like a ghost inhibit like type of deal. The exterior is literally black. Now, you see why I said serial killer hideout, right? Hahaha, well I survived, it's ok, let's breathe. So, as I approached this eerie, looking like, dark color garage building, I was told by a Jamaican guy "You are at the right place. Food is all good GO IN" It made me think, "Ok, whew. I actually did think I wasn't going to make it today." Naw, I'm kidding. The guy actually made me felt more safe, cause I now know for sure I'm going to get some food in my stomach. Rule number one, never judge a place by it's cover right?Inside was some girls in the front that helped me out. I asked one of them where do I order and she directed me to these mini ipad machines to the right side. Apparently, this is home to several different mom/pop/ghost kitchen's. Whatever you want to call it.Here is a small list, and I will get straight to my food after this: Hint my ramen was bomb.com!-Hippo Poke-Red Dragon-White ElephantIt seems like every restaurant has an animal name, LOL!Food took about 20 minutes to get to me. They however forgot to text me when my order was ready to be picked up in the front desk. This was the only thing I didn't like. I know I remember to put right phone number to text. I was wondering it's been almost 45 minutes, why is my food taking so long? I had to go to the front desk and asked if it was ready yet. The girl told me it was ready 20 minutes ago, and she apologized which was good. For my order at Giraffe Ramen, I got the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. Basically, spicy pork. Despite the fact that I had a hard time finding this place, the food was 100 well-worth it! The ramen was slurping material. The ramen noodles were on a little on the thicker side, which is a plus to me. I know for sure they weren't using instant ramen packages that you get from the store. The pork slices were pretty tender and a little fatty, which I absolutely savor ever last bite of them. They had such a great flavor in the meat as well. The broth was also super good. The broth had a strong spicy/pork aromatic smell to it. Super enticing. However, I have to knock a star down because they didn't give enough soup. The ramen noodles were hitting the top, and the soup wasn't even half way filling the bowl. It's a big no-no for me because I love drinking the broth on a soup while slurping up the noodles. That was the only downside, but overall it was such an scrumptious bowl of noodles. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area again.Don't worry folks, no crazy human living here. Just some good ole food restaurants in one small dark/weird looking like garage. Definitely give Giraffe Ramen a try. The ramen is fantastic!Parking is not a problem. They have a medium size parking garage at the end of the garage looking like building.Happy Eating!

Decent ramen at best. The noodles had no flavor, the broth could've used some more seasoning. It was a bland ramen. However, packaging was great. And the fried chicken dumplings were BOMB!!!! They get a 5/5. But his is a ramen review so I have to deduct for the unpleasant ramen meal. Next time, I'll just order a platter of fried chicken dumplings.
