I ordered delivery through doordash. Tonkotsu ramen was good. i liked the takeout bowls that were one piece but separates the liquid from the solids. nice touch. i also ordered a salmon poke bowl. i took one bite of a piece of salmon and it does not taste fresh. i would not order raw fish from here again.
Quite good I've been to a lot of ramen joints in the neighborhood, and this one was excellent! The ramen was tasty. My friend and I waited for our order for around 20 minutes to an hour. The egg and meat in the spicy miso ramen I ordered were excellent, and my companion who ordered the vegetarian ramen also thought it was excellent. The dumplings were also rather tasty.Overall, it was excellent. However, give it a go.

The Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen was perfect for my late night ramen craving! Not only is Giraffe Ramen delicious for takeout, it's actually tastier than many of the ramens I've had dining at ramen shops. It comes topped with wood ear mushrooms, half a soft-boiled egg, bean sprouts, bamboo, ginger, green onions, and of course two tender cuts of tonkotsu.
