We love eating at Gladstones, but this was the worse experience we've ever had. Our server, Annie, ignored us several times throughout the evening. We had to get other servers to help us. We had one of our orders delivered incorrectly but rather thank send it back to be fixed, we kept it because it had already taken an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. The server forgot about my husband's birthday after I had kindly reminded her several times..she just replied that...
The food was good, but was cold. The server did not check in until after 10 minutes, so I had to eat it cold. I didn't order an alcoholic beverage, so I think he was not interested in checking on me anymore. The view and the weather were amazing
We waited over an hour for our food with no explanation. We overhead a server tell another table that they had a 60 person Christmas party and were completing their order first. This wouldn't have been a problem if it was communicated.
