Staff here will make the drive thru line a priority, they like to have you park even when the drive thru line isn’t out of control. Every time I have had to park , my order takes longer and they forget items. The inside is nice and the atmosphere would benefit from better customer service. Often the food preparation is rushed.

I went inside to place my order. I wanted to chill out after my walk. There was no one in there, one car was at the drive thru. The ladies saw me standing at the cashier waiting to order my food. For almost ten minutes, no one even acknowledged me or asked me if they can help me. They looked at me and turned to talk to each other as if I wasn’t there. I left and went across the street to Hiccups. Customer lost! Sad, I was looking forward to a nice chicken strips.

We went through the drive-thru and ordered the 3-piece chicken strips with curly fries and a Sprite. The chicken strips were cold and hard like they had been sitting out all day or even from the day before. The fries were just as bad: hard, stale, and tasted old. The Sprite had a weird chemical taste, almost like cleaning solution. To make it worse, there was only one guy working, and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. I ended up getting sick and throwing up after eating it. Absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend this location.

The croissants are tasteless and small. I’d rather go to any donut shop to buy a breakfast croissant sandwich. I still gave 5 stars because the staff is always excellent and they have many other options.

They always mess up my order. 2nd time here and my order is wrong again. Jasmine* she has great customer service. But my order is wrong. Very disappointing. I only get a 30min break And I spend it at the drive thru, just to have my order wrong. SMH!

This is the best Jack in the box. The workers are always so nice & have the best customer service. They don't act like they hate there jobs like other Jack in the Boxes. Literally really kind woman work here. They are so patient too. I wish every Jack in the box had good service like this.
Ordered extreme sausage sandwich and an hash brown. Took 15 minutes. There's no cashier only order by kiosk.

This is the second time i tried ordering at 5:45am and no one responds, it says open at 5:30am so why even advertise opening at 5:30am if no one is gonna attend to you.. bad business.. just trying to get my coffee and churros before going into work before 6am..
