Customer service is seriously lacking.. the music playlist is definitely not family friendly.. the bathroom is “closed” but it’s really just an excuse for the employees to refuse restroom services to customers and use it for themselves.. that’s the oldest trick in the book.. I won’t be returning to this location

On busy days the staff should be up but mot always here. It's hard to find these now as Jamba downsized so u put up with the lack of service.

I went here for my birthday January 25th said free smoothie for your birthday and I signed up with the app took a whole 20 30 minutes to to get the app once I got the app the manager or the team leader at the store of the female made it her business to not give me the free smoothie as offered On the sign inside waste of time service horrible through the floor never again will not refer a friend

Staff here always look like they are mad, and always short-staffed. I'm here now in line and 1 person is working. Def will be my last time at this location. This is a sad excuse for a Jamba Juice. As I write this people are just leaving mad.

My son loves Jamba, so we go there fairly often. This one always seems under staffed (or like staff is brand new and untrained), which to me screams of poor people management. Everyone is kind and friendly, though, and we always get great juices and waffles.

I have a food allergy to mangos and met Julian at the counter....i was a little aprehansive that they would take the care to make my drink without so much as a knife that touched a mango).....so I made a special request to Julian....Not only did he make me feel comfortable....his customer service skills are so great...he personally took care of my drink....he's friendly, quick and helpful with suggestions.....I walked out happy. His smile and caring attitude was so appreciated! He's an asset to your company!!! What a rock star!!! Thank you Julian!
