My son loves Jamba, so we go there fairly often. This one always seems under staffed (or like staff is brand new and untrained), which to me screams of poor people management. Everyone is kind and friendly, though, and we always get great juices and waffles.

I have a food allergy to mangos and met Julian at the counter....i was a little aprehansive that they would take the care to make my drink without so much as a knife that touched a mango).....so I made a special request to Julian....Not only did he make me feel comfortable....his customer service skills are so great...he personally took care of my drink....he's friendly, quick and helpful with suggestions.....I walked out happy. His smile and caring attitude was so appreciated!...

I went there with my 11 year old granddaughter. I purchased an Asai Bowl. Price reasonable but young staff not professional. No acknowledgement of myself and child. Staff needs people skills.
