Went in at around 8:50pm and didn’t realize they were going to close but once we walked in the white women in the front started giving us attitude saying “don’t people know we close in 10 minutes” and started saying stuff under her breath. she honestly didn’t have to be so rude about it. She needs to work on her attitude coming from someone who works retails she has the worst customer service. She could of politely said “hey guys just letting u guys know we close in 10 minutes” and we would of just walked away. either way you guys weren’t “closed” yet meaning we still had time to get a sandwich very disappointed with the horrible service.

My wife and I came to try jersey mikes for the first time. We had the worst experience we won’t ever be back . There was a young African American man working on 2/13/24 around 8:45pm giving us attitude and it felt like he was racial profiling us( we are Hispanics ) he kept on laughing at us and being extremely rude. What a disappointment..

With the problems I had at the Traffic Circle location I thought I would try another store. I love Jersey Mike's but after this I might take a break and find a new sandwich shop. The employees at this location had no rush even thought it was the busy lunch time. Again, they put off their customers in line to work on orders coming in online. Finally placed my order and they were so backed up they pushed us through the line, was quickly able to say MIKES WAY, before I had to pay and stand to the side to wait for my sandwich. 10 minutes later got my sandwich and left. When I got home I realized they didn't put the signature oil and vinegar on the sandwich and the break was stale. It was the hardest sandwich to eat, spent $16 on! Felt completely ripped off and not going back to that location. For a customer who loved to walk into any Jersey Mike's location I now don't want to eat at any and it's more of a hassle. Going more mom and pop and less corporate.

Visited this location while traveling out of town. Horrible customer service. 3 employees standing behind the counter doing nothing and it took a bit for someone to ask if I needed help. They were not busy, there was no one else in line. The girl making the sandwich was lazy and rude. She did not put complete slices of cheese on the sandwiches' and also did not put the "normal" amount of meats on the sandwich. #13. When I pointed out that the slices were about 1/4 of the normal slice of cheese, she said she would another slice but would have to charge me extra and the cheese only needed to cover the bread. The sandwich did NOT taste anything like the sandwiches we have had at another location, not all the meat was put on the sandwich. Thank goodness this location was not our first time at Jersey Mikes because had it been our first time trying it, we would have never tried it again at stuck with the "competitor". I went to another location today and asked them if JM's offer senior discounts, and they said yes it you ask. I was also told all the Jersey Mike's should be the same. This location in CA said we do not give senior discounts. I told her I would never come back even though they are within walking distance of a hotel we stay at in CA regularly and I told her we would drive to another location rather than come back to that location. I also filled out an online feedback on the app and no one ever responded so obviously they could care less. Bad owner = bad employee attitudes!!!! DO NOT go the 3821 Lakewood Blvd, Long Beach, CA location. You won't be happy if the same lazy staff is working when you go there.

This used to be a good location. But over the last year, they have started hiring people that are, to be frank, complete and total morons. Truly, the employees here wouldn't know customer service if it jumped up and bit them. The last two times I've been in, I've literally had workers berate me; one male worker all but challenged me to a physical fight. Amateur hour. I won't be coming back, and I'll advise my friends and family accordingly.

Won't go back to this location (not that anyone cares). 5pm, no one in the store. Waited 20 minutes for them to help me (I was first in line with only 1 person behind me). I feel bad for the gentleman, as he was left to do mobile orders on top of in-store customers, and his coworker wouldn't help him and insisted she make bacon. When he asked for help again, she took her sweet time and rudely answered me. They only had white bread (I'm guessing mobile orders are all wrong since you only have 1 bread type available). They didn't apologize for the wait or inconvenience of limited selection.

I ordered my same order I eat everyday. A chicken Philly but today they wanted to get my order wrong. I called in my phone order and gave specific instructions for my sandwich. I pick it up in store get back to my job and it's a Philly cheese steak. I don't even eat beef. Now I'm back at work and I called in to resolve the issue and was told to hold. Then I was hung up on. I never got my food resolved and they just stop picking the phone.

This location is Ok for the most part, The Famous Philly is great. However, please avoid ording online as they keep on forgetting to add the addons I ordered for my sandwich, a waste of a few bucks for advocado

When I asked them to wash their hands there was a hundred and one excuses as to they already did. Two of them just came from the back. I don't know what they were doing in there. I just walked right out. They are trying to spread germs.

Eric the Store Manager is awesome! Made a great sandwich and had a great attitude! Also, shout out to Samantha the District Manager who got me there. On her day off, she listened to me vent about a bad experience at a different location. She calmed me down and just handled the situation like a true professional! Thank you Erik and Samantha! Have to amend my review. Although I stand by my review of the Store Manager, I'm disappointed that the District Manager did not follow through with what she promised. She promised me a refund due to bad service at another location. Never happened. I had high hopes that finally someone would do what they said they would do....not this time.

I bought a regular sandwich and a giant and three chips cost me $47. I will never go back to that place.

Jersey Mike's is my go to sandwich place and the sandwiches have been pretty consistent so not much to say as far as my standard Club sandwich. I'm compelled to write a review about the great welcome given by Eric. Eric's friendly and happy attitude is inviting and endearing. And while the other three workers were not as vibrant they definitely were friendly all be it a little shy, but I think Eric will rub off on them soon enough . I'll definitely be back, although it's not my usual location.
