With the problems I had at the Traffic Circle location I thought I would try another store. I love Jersey Mike's but after this I might take a break and find a new sandwich shop. The employees at this location had no rush even thought it was the busy lunch time. Again, they put off their customers in line to work on orders coming in online. This location is Ok for the most part, The Famous Philly is great. However, please avoid ording online as they keep on forgetting to add the addons I ordered for my sandwich, a waste of a few bucks for advocado

Eric the Store Manager is awesome! Made a great sandwich and had a great attitude! Also, shout out to Samantha the District Manager who got me there. On her day off, she listened to me vent about a bad experience at a different location. She calmed me down and just handled the situation like a true professional! Thank you Erik and Samantha!
