We have visited this spot a couple of times and it has been inconsistent. Went tonight with my fiancé and the ramen was super disappointing! It was unnecessary an wait and super pricey for what it was.

Chris was amazing in communicating throughout service from my party waiting to be seated to checking in on how we were enjoying our meal. I especially appreciated his recommendation for the chef's special of the evening (Demon Slayer collaboration Tokyo Yatai Classic), which reminded me of the ramen I had at the Yatai stalls back in Fukuoka.

The Tonkotsu Black ramen I ordered was good and the service was great. My only quibble is that the music was a bit loud for a late Sunday morning.
The vibe is relaxed but modern—just an overall great place to grab a meal without any hassle.

I would rate this higher if they could get the order right and when you call no one answers the phone. The Ramen is good but the service sucks!

Nice Raman spot. Smaller than I thought it was but it was a nice hang out.

JINYA Ramen Bar at 2nd & PCH never disappoints! I usually order the classic JINYA Ramen and the mini tacos with poke salmon—absolutely delish! The broth is rich and flavorful, noodles perfectly cooked, and the tacos are such a fresh and tasty addition to the meal. The vibe is modern and energetic, and the service is always friendly and attentive. It’s easily one of my go-to spots whenever I crave comfort food done right. Highly recommend! 🍜✨

Jasper at Jinya Ramen Bar was absolutely delightful! He was so nice, gave me amazing recommendations, and got my food out to me super fast! I would definitely recommend to request Jasper as your server, he’s the best! Will be coming back just for him 😀

Amazing food, PATHETIC wait times,
Always a big fan of Jinya franchise, I first tried it in Dallas, later in New York.
Never been disappointed with the taste but this particular location had a stupidly long wait time of around 25-30 mins and order time was similar 20-30 mins so basically 45-60 mins just to get your food.
I went with my girlfriend, on her birthday eve, it ruined her evening.

Had the black Tonkotsu and it exceeded my expectations!! For appetizers, the french fries that came with two sauces. I can’t even tell you exactly what was in the sauce other than garlic but they were fabulous 😅
Also the pork gyoza. Delicious! With Sapporo on tap, 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
But the real highlight was the staff. Everyone we came in contact was professional, kind, and attentive. We truly enjoyed our dinner

Food was decent. I enjoyed the creamy shrimp. I did not like the crispy chicken, there was stringy hair like material in the breading. The Birria ramen was just okay. I don’t think I can recommend. Cute area though.
