For the main course, I went with the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, and it did not disappoint. The broth was rich, creamy, and packed with umami, while the spice level gave it a nice kick without overpowering the deep pork flavor. The noodles were perfectly chewy, and the chashu was tender and flavorful.

Used to be my favorite ramen, but today I bought tonkotsu ramen, pork belly, and the “2” pieces was simply 1 cut in half. At the price of $16 one would expect 2 whole slices, like I get at other ramen places. And the noodles were crusty. It was to go though so maybe the brother is supposed to soften them, but those instructions weren’t provided, Ana I get to go at other places w/o crusty noodles.
I've gone here a couple times and no doubt, the ramen is good. The issue is the service, some staff, and layout of the restaurant. It's pretty cramped and the front door is made to open wide so that if you didn't know any better you could completely obliterate any person standing behind it. It's a huge piece of glass also.
