Kihon is truly something special, and a huge part of that is Victor. From the moment you walk in, his hospitality sets the tone for the entire experience. Victor isn’t just a great host — he’s a genuinely good person. Warm, attentive, and thoughtful in a way that makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. You can tell he truly cares about people, not just the restaurant, and that kind of energy is rare.

Kihon truly serves the best and freshest sushi we've ever had! We've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. From the incredible quality of the fish to the friendly staff and cozy ambiance, everything is consistently a 10/10. Eddie is our favorite waiter, he is wonderful :)

This place is a father and son run family establishment that has very high quality food and services. It feels very welcoming each and every time and the fish is very fresh!!! There is a reason I’ve been back 30+ times. It’s has the best sushi!!! Looking forward to the next time!
