A little tradional staple of LA in Long Beach, you want tacos late night. They got it, maybe a burrito or quesadilla even better. You can always catch someone putting music on at the jukebox. Love the affordable and great amount of food they give you. Definitely a place to visit.

Not a very welcoming environment. If you want to expand your customer base you need to learn how to listen and take orders properly. I spent close to $20 on this amount of food. I don't recommend it all even if you're hungry.

The burrito was bland, the meat dry, and the rice tasted stale. Good beans. The interiors, whilst nicely nostalgic and retro-ey, looked washed out, probably due to the drop ceiling lights. Also a juke box that takes dollars when it should be free. Kids at the counter looked exhausted. Not the best Mexican food you can find in LB nor the cheapest but sure does count as food.

Did an online order for a combo burrito was not happy at all. Asked for no beans with Asada and basically recieved an all rice burrito. Very little meat, the asada itself was very under seasoned. No flavor at all. Definitely did not match the advertised photos. First time having King Taco at this location, and will be my last. You only get 1 time to serve me a low quality meal. I started to pay an extra $3.50 for pastor, which probably would have helped with the meat to rice ratio, but at the same time could have been more money wasted.

I’ve been coming to King Taco for years, but lately the quality has really gone downhill. They’re getting stingy with the meat and salsa, there’s more vegetables in the tacos than actual meat. The rice doesn’t taste authentic anymore; it’s more like bagged rice with no flavor, and the beans aren’t much better. Service also seems to get worse every year. Still edible, but definitely not the King Taco I remember.
