I come to Tierra Mia several times a week and love the drinks/staff.However, about 20% of the time (yes, 20%) the drink they hand to me is a completely different drink than what I ordered.I will literally hear them repeat my order back to me, get to the window, ask for a receipt, and the drink on the receipt is incorrect.The last two visits I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk, as usual. The Horchata Caffe Frappe is where it’s at! Truly delicious frappe topped with whip cream and cinnamon. This location gets really busy and the drive thru can extend all the way down the side street, but the wait is worth it. Only negative is you can’t change the milk options on the frappe.
