no lie coffee always be tasting mid here compared to the other spots lol, tables are always a mess, never cleaned up, and trash cans always filled to the brim. there’s a good amount of tables and chairs to study tho and they bathrooms are clean. but they always mess up my drink! always little bits of melting ice or too sweet or not sweet ?

I really recommend this place ? in general. Everything is fire ?
My fiancé and I visited this place the other day, and we were unsure about what to order. However, the person working in the front was very helpful and recommended several different coffee options based on our preferences for sweetness and bitterness. We decided to try the Horchata Cold Brew, which was absolutely amazing. We also ordered the guava cheese and the dulce almond, which were both delicious. The food and drinks were served very quickly, and we were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. We definitely plan on coming back to this location for its amazing coffee, food, and customer service.
They don't have Mexican coffee (Veracruz) it's #1. Busy atmosphere. In the preparation area there is a very pungent smell of cleaning chemicals. In food places SUCH STRONG CHEMICALS SHOULD NOT BE USED. Outside the health guidelines in prepared foods.

I come to Tierra Mia several times a week and love the drinks/staff.However, about 20% of the time (yes, 20%) the drink they hand to me is a completely different drink than what I ordered.I will literally hear them repeat my order back to me, get to the window, ask for a receipt, and the drink on the receipt is incorrect.The last two visits I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk, as usual. The first time I was given a caramel latte with oat milk. I honestly didn't care and drove away cause it's oat milk still (if they make it with regular milk I have them re do it). Second visit today I was handed a oat horchata latte or cold brew ?.But the drinks are STILL SO GOOD so I didn't really care and still drove away.If you have a severe dairy allergy, walk in the building to order and do not go through the drive through. Let them know you have an allergy or there's a solid5% chance you'll be given a drink with the wrong milk lol.But I will still come here weekly regardless of the very common mistakes because the staff are nice and the drinks are good, even when they're the wrong drink.
How do you have 2 items on the menu and don’t carry it at all? Was at the drive thru last night and feel like the staff here doesn’t

The Horchata Caffe Frappe is where it’s at! Truly delicious frappe topped with whip cream and cinnamon. This location gets really busy and the drive thru can extend all the way down the side street, but the wait is worth it. Only negative is you can’t change the milk options on the frappe.
