Whenever I come back home to LB, I always make sure to come visit Tacos El Sapo. Without a doubt, some of best tacos you're gonna find out here. They offer a wide selection, but most importantly, they offer trompo style pastor and a salsa bar.The employees are friendly and offer a quick bite to take home or eat next to their truck. Located on SW corner of PCH and Atlantic, open pretty much everyday after 6pm to midnight. Very simple menu: tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and mulitas, choose your meat. They do have an indoor trompo for the pastor. We ordered tacos with asada and pastor, and both meats were flavorful and void of much gristle (chopped to the perfect consistency for tacos). This is my go to spot on Taco Tuesday and a couple other days a week if I can afford it.
