KoaKai Shave Ice is a refreshing, tasty treat to relax with in the afternoon! I have tried the “Hawaiian Breeze” and “Tropical Delight”. I got the Pina Colada today, all with yummy Lychee Pearls and additional condensed milk. You have got to come out and try this delicious Hawaiian treat!
This place does not look like a business, you'd likely drive right by and never see it unless you are looking. I got the pineapple dream shave ice, the shave ice itself was really good, super flavor filled, but the pineapple on top was really sour in comparison. It seemed like they may have had a slight rush when we got there. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes for our shave ice. KOAKAI Shave Ice & Sweets is a delicious Hawaiian treat with smooth, soft shaved ice that melts in your mouth instantly. The ice holds its form in the cup the entire time. They have a couple of bistro tables and a cute little bench to sit on, and the people are nice. The homemade mochi is yummy, and they have flavors for shaved ice, ice cream, and condensed milk. Try the “Hawaiian Breeze,” “Tropical Delight,” or the Pina Colada, all with Lychee Pearls. It also comes with vanilla ice cream and other ice cream flavors. The shaved ice is refreshing and tasty, and the owners are extremely kind and knowledgeable. It’s a little family owned business that keeps progressing with quality and menu. The pineapple wasn’t very sweet, but the treat is affordable. Definitely a place to try if you like shaved ice.
