The quesabirria was bomb!!! I got all 3 salsas and each of them complimented the food so well and was spicy just as should be. Birria was soft and flavorful. My favorite is that the tortillas tasted like they're made from scratch, either that or they buy some bomb ass authentic tortillas.Bite into it and it's crunchy, could honestly use a lil extra cheese but that's just me, and then the juicy carne with the consomé and salsa... omg fireee! Literally!! Highly highly recommend!As far as the service, it was average but not in a bad way.

Craving Birria, I googled the restaurants around me. This La Autentica Birrieria had really good reviews and was only 10 minutes away (yay).I place my order and head out. The service was great, very friendly and quick... the food was, ok...I got the plato mixto and will say the price for the amount of food you get was great. Some mention here that the consome is lacking seasoning and I sadly agree. The quality of the meat was on point, but the seasoning was very lackluster. The shells for each of my tacos tasted stale, which was also a bummer.

Bring your own seasonings. The birria tasted like they boiled it in water and forgot about it (h2o nothing else). The lady that hand makes the tortillas dosnt wash her hands after handling cash. She'll touch some coins and dirty money then go right to massaging Tortilla masa - feel bad for the people who got food after me. I got the mixed plate opened it when I got home and realized the meat was mushy. Extra chewy upon first few bites tried to salvage this plate by adding seasonings after eating the first bland taco when I got home but nothing could save this dish. Not the salsas - not the extra seasonings - not the lime nothing. I typically go to "mini birria" and trust me they never miss. The only reason I tried this is cause mini birria on Atlantic was closed and reviews looked good. But they're probably paid or some cause this place isn't it. Save ya coins yall trust me - Waisted my money smh.
